Login to your cPanel account. (Don’t know how to login to your cPanel account? Click here)
Under the category “Domains”, locate and click on the “Subdomains”.
Once inside the Subdomains screen, you can add the name of your new subdomain on the field.
The “Document Root” field will automatically populates with the location of your directory that can be found within the File Manager. Just click on the “Create” button once done.
You will then see a green box indicating that you have successfully created a new subdomain. Click on the “Go back” button and you will be back to the Subdomains screen.
Next you will see the new subdomain you have created from the Subdomains screen.
Removing a Subdomain
To remove an existing subdomain, locate the subdomain under the category “Modify a Subdomain” and click on Remove.
You will then be asked if you are sure to delete the existing subdomain, just click on the “Delete Subdomain” button to proceed.
It will show a green box indicating that you have successfully removed a subdomain.
Redirect a Subdomain
To manage a subdomain redirection to a specific domain, locate the subdomain under the category “Modify a Subdomain” and click on “Manage Redirection”.
You will be transferred to a screen where you will see the field for the domain you wish to be redirected to. Click on save after typing in the URL.
A confirmation that your subdomain is redirected to the URL you have entered.
You will also see the URL from the Subdomains main screen under the Redirection column.
