Step 1From File select Add Account
Step 2Select Manually configure server settings or additional server type and click Next
Step 3Select Internet E-mail and click Next
Step 4Your Name: Your full name E-mail Address: The email address you are trying to access Account Type: POP3 or IMAP – we would recommend IMAP as this keeps a copy of the email on the server and can be access by multiple devices at the same time Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomainname.com (replace yourdomainname.com with your domain name) Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomainname.com (replace yourdomainname.com with your domain name) User Name: The email address you are trying to access Password: The password for the email address
Step 5Click on More Settings and then Outgoing Server and click on My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and Use same settings as my incoming mail server
To finish the wizard click on Ok then Next then Close and then Finish |
