First, login to your WHM account.

To create a package, locate and click the “Add a Package” under the Packages section in the WHM left menu.

You will then be redirected to the Add a Package screen. Kindly specify a package name.

On the Resources section, enter the values for each item that the package includes. For unlimited resources, just tick the radio button for the unlimited option.

Settings:

Options – there are multiple options that a package can have and you can choose which are required by the package.

  • Dedicated IP – if there is an available dedicated IP address and would like to include it on the package.
  • Shell Access – if the package requires a Shell access via SSH.
  • CGI Access – if the package requires interface access via web browser.
  • Digest Authentication at account creation – is required if the server does not have an SSL certificate.

cPanel Theme – theme for the cPanel when created and accessed.

Feature List – this is to specify which cPanel features are available to the user and are managed within “Feature Manager” in WHM.

Locale – language to be assigned to the cPanel accounts that will be created.

Once done with the required informations and settings, you can go ahead and click on Add button to continue creating the package.
